Cute, stylish comforter. Not too heavy. It’s perfect!I got this Dormify Eyelash Comforter and Sham Set for the convenience of using for my daughter's dorm room (bed in a bag type idea), and because the eyelash fabric design was unique and pretty. The comforter and single pillow sham came in a re-usable black tote with handles, and the stuffing material is fiber fill. The comforter is lightweight and fluffy, and should be warm enough for typical indoor temperatures without needing a separate blanket. I reduced this one star, because I felt that the price of this, just under $150 as of this writing for the twin XL size, was on the pricey side for what this is. I think you're mainly paying for the pretty fabric pattern and convenience, as you can buy some decent down comforters for this price. I have not washed this yet, but the "eyelash frills are thread pieces woven into the fabric itself that should not detach from the rest of the fabric.First off, the information on the Amazon product page is very confusing for this product. I chose the twin/ twin XL size, which is all white. In the description, it says it "reverses to a smooth grey", which it does not. It seems that there are two different colorways, white or grey. The one I received and photographed here is all white. Also, the twin XL only comes with one pillow sham, which is par for the course, but the description says you get two, which is incorrect.The pillow sham isn't sewn in a high quality way, it's just the fringy comforter fabric, no welts around the edges, and no zipper. It's a basic overlap opening in the middle on the back. The comforter is pretty straightforward too. I think it will be fairly easy to wash in my washing machine. I think the price is a bit high for a comforter and a single pillow cover, in a fabric laundry sack type bag. But, it's cute, and my daughter wanted it for dorm life when she goes to college in the fall.This was the final touch in my boho guest room. It has a nice 3/4 in thickness and the fringe is long enough to add style but not require extra fuss. The cotton is crisp to the touch. Seems designed for looks not so much heavy use.Unfortunately, I love white but my fam makes it their mission to spot up my whites! Pet jumped on the bed, left dirt smudges. I tried to spot clean but it just made it worse. So I tossed it in the wash-per the direction, laid it flat to dry and the fill shifts, making it lumpy. I’ve washed it gently 3 times and it’s starting to pill.I’m sure this was not designed to be washed regularly, my life just isn’t ready for white.It is beautiful to look at, hope this is helpful!I love white bed covers! This was perfect! Very very soft!I do like the comforter. It looks beautiful in my bedroom. It is a little short but I'm guessing it's because it's a dorm comforter. My only complaint is the thin material. Where the lines are is super thin and if you look at it you can see the stuffing through it. I had a beige pillow and a white one I took a picture of so you can tell better. The comforter is thick though and the stuffing is distributed evenly throughout. It is white on both sides I thought it was gray on one side but I'm happy it isn't. It's very pretty and design wise just what I wanted but I don't think it will last long. For the price I expected better. Includes comforter and two pillowcases.Nice set cozy comfortable and warm washes nicely in washer machine didnt shrink or bunch upI was looking for a light-colored comforter for my daughter's room for Spring and this did not disappoint. This is made with 100% cotton, perfect for warm weather. I love the hint of texture and fringe along the surface. The comforter is full of poly and has a soft microfiber underside. It is super soft and it also comes with two pillowcases. My daughter loves it!
